"Stay curious about the world."
Many people have been to the Antarctic, and not a few of them would say that you know what kind of creatures you have seen, and what kind of scenery you have seen.
I think the most interesting thing about Antarctica is the people.
I remember the moment we set foot on land, the Expedition team asked us to gather around to see a pile of penguin poop, and we were so excited to analyze its shape, what the penguin had eaten, the color of the penguin's poop, whether the penguin was healthy or not... Then, we just kept on asking questions like elementary school chickens, which led to a lot of discussions.
So boring! I think it's shit!
Yes, it is "boring".
When was the last time you were intrigued by something "boring"? When was the last time you were excited about learning something new?
Penguin poop can be boring, but when it reminds me that I'm curious about the world, it's priceless.
I would like to thank Let's go to Antarctica for providing me with affordable flights and making my trip a pleasant and easy one.
Aaron.
