Registration Procedures & Payment Methods
Applicants must present a travel document (passport) valid for 6 months or above from the return departure date when registering with the "Company". Due to varying entry/exit regulations of different countries, it is recommended that the travel document has at least 6 months’ validity on the return departure date and sufficient blank pages for entry/exit stamps or visas.
Customers must verify all information at the time of booking. In case of any errors or omissions, the airline company reserves the right to charge amendment fees, refuse changes, or deny guests from boarding.
The "Company" reserves the right to adjust the tour price before departure due to currency appreciation, inflation, increases in airfares/hotels, taxes, or fuel surcharges. Refusal to pay the adjusted amount will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of all payments made.
Customers must purchase adequate travel insurance. The "Company" accepts no liability for any risks. It is the responsibility of customers to read and understand the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage, and should comply with the terms and conditions of the policy.
Please retain all receipts as proof for any potential refunds under special circumstances.
Any discounts or reductions must be applied for and supported by proof at the time of booking to the "Company".
Customers under the age of 18 must meet the following registration requirements: 15 years old and under: must travel with a parent or legal guardian.; Over 15 years old but under 18 years old: If not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, written consent must be signed by the parent or guardian on the booking form, along with suitable comprehensive travel insurance.
"The Company" reserves the final right to accept or reject any reservation.

Not included in Price:
Passport fees, visa fees, and vaccination certificates.
Optional sightseeing programs or self-funded activities outside the itinerary.
Airport taxes, port taxes, fuel surcharges, aviation security taxes and fees for overweight baggage in various countries.
Expenses arising from extension of stay.
Peak season or special holiday surcharges on airfares and hotels. All are subject to the final announcement of the carrier or hotel.
Meals (except those specified in the brochure).
Gratuities for guides, drivers, and service staff.
All personal expenses
Additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond the control of the "Company" (e.g., personal reasons, transport delays, strikes, typhoons, etc.).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any reservation cancellation due to personal reasons or requests to change departure point, date, or name will be treated as a cancellation.
For all packages, promotional packages, add-on packages, and charter packages, full payment will be forfeited shall any cancellation or amendment happen upon confirmation of the reservation.
Any requests by the customer to change any information or cancel a reservation, must be based on the terms and conditions of the relevant airline and hotel, to determine whether it can be implemented. If the requested change is accepted, in addition to the change fee charged by the relevant organization, the "Company" will charge a handling fee per person per change; if it is not accepted, the customer must follow the original confirmed itinerary, otherwise all payments paid will be forfeited.
Any change or cancellation by the customer must be notified to the "Company" in writing or in person.
If the customer suddenly withdraws or does not use any items (such as flights, meals, sightseeing or accommodation) during the trip, they will be deemed to have been given up voluntarily, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
Terms and conditions for all cruises, self-driving tours, optional local tours or train tickets are governed by the respective operating companies. For details, please visit the respective company's website or contact the staff of the "Company".
Liabilities
The transportation (such as aircraft, cruise ships, ships, trains or buses, etc.), accommodation, meals, tours or entertainment items arranged by the "Company" on behalf of customers are not owned, managed or operated by the "Company". All the above-mentioned arrangements made by the "Company" on behalf of the customer, or any tickets, exchange documents, receipts, contracts or bills issued on behalf of the above-mentioned service organization units, etc., are issued in accordance with the rules and conditions formulated in advance by the above-mentioned service organization units. In case of traffic delays, loss of baggage, accidental injury, death, or property damage, etc., customers should directly submit to the organization that owns, manages or operates the relevant means of transportation, hotels, restaurants, tourist spots or entertainment projects for recovery or compensation. The "Company" shall not be liable for such losses, injuries, casualties, etc.. The customer shall conduct recovery negotiations in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the relevant service organization. If the customer encounters any accident during the trip (such as, but not limited to, an accident while participating in any entertainment or game program) resulting in casualties or property losses, the "Company" shall not be liable for such injuries, casualties or property losses.
Unless specially agreed and arranged by the "Company", if the customer commits in an unauthorized transfer of package or ticket to another person, the "Company" or the staff of its entrusted organization reserves the right to cancel his eligibility to use the package without having to pay back any fees paid, and the substitute traveler bears full responsibility to insurance coverage, liability compensation, consequences of behavior, etc. during the journey.
The "Company" is only an agent for the services of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and other travel service providers. For customers who purchase packages or cruise tickets from the "Company", the "Company" and its agents will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred through property losses, accidental injuries and fatalities, natural disasters, mechanical failure, delays, fires, strikes, war, political instability, or government regulation changes.
Accommodation, meals, and sightseeing are provided as per the itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances (visa denial, hotel overbooking, flight schedule/aircraft/hotel changes, etc.), the "Company" and its agents are not liable for such changes. The "Company" and its agents will handle the situation to the best of their ability, customers may not object or withdraw for such reasons, and no refund will be given for cancelled items. Any additional expenses due to postponements are not liable to the "Company" and its agents.
By paying the deposit, customers agree and authorize the "Company" to use its own or a designated third-party credit card to pay suppliers for confirmed travel arrangements on behalf of the customer. This payment method will not affect the total cost in agreement with the customer. The customer understands and accepts this as part of the booking process of the "Company".
Customers must comply with the laws of the countries they are visiting, including but not limited to regulations on local customs, entry or transportation. "The Company" is not responsible for any violations of the law by customers.
Even if the customer holds a valid entry visa and travel document, shall the customer be refused entry by the local Immigration bureau or Customs due to his own background issues at the time of entry, it has nothing to do with the "Company" and all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Terms and conditions of all airline authorized agency products and ticket products are subject to the final announcement of the relevant airline.
In accordance with The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, all customer information must not be disclosed to third parties.
Customers are advised to provide, their family members or friends who are easy to contact, with printed copies of their passport data page clearly showing the passport number and issuing department; and copies of visas, travel receipts, travel insurance policies and all important documents, for use in case such documents are lost or damaged during the journey. Similarly, customers should ensure that they hand over a copy of the contact information of their family or friends to the "Company" such that the "Company" can provide assistance in case of emergency.
Airline Liabilities
According to airline guidelines, tickets will expire if they are not used in sequence. Therefore, if passengers fail to board and depart in sequence for personal reasons and need to retain seats for the rest of the trip (inland and return), the airline company has the right to charge passengers relevant handling fees or require passengers to purchase another ticket.
The airline is only responsible for the various operating terms contained in the ticket. They bear no responsibility if the passenger does not board.
Customers must clearly verify the name on the receipt. The "Company" submits the name to the airline for ticket issuance based on the receipt. If the ticket is issued with name errors, and incur any name change fee or re-purchase of the round-trip ticket at the regular price, relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the customer, and the "Company" shall not be responsible.
If the guest is absent from any flight (No-show) without notifying the airline in advance to cancel or change the reservation, the airline reserves the right to cancel the guest's outbound, return and future seats without prior notice. The airline reserves the right to charge guests a no-show fee for failure to board the plane on time. The "Company" also reserves the right to recover fees incurred by the guests due to such absence.
Cruise Line Liabilities
All cruise holidays are subject to the terms and restrictions of the cruise line.
Please refer to the relevant cruise itinerary and the English version of the terms and conditions before booking.
Itinerary, berthing time and sailing time will be subject to the final arrangements of the cruise line.
Car Rental Company Liabilities
All self-drive holidays are subject to the terms and conditions of the car rental company.
Please refer to the relevant car rental company and the English version of the terms and conditions before booking.
These Terms and Conditions are only applicable to general air tickets with hotel or cruise ticket packages. Some packages may have slightly different terms and conditions, please refer to the specific terms and conditions listed in that package.
